This lure resembles an open hairpin and is made from a wire bent into a V-shape with a loop in the middle, through which the fishing line is attached. At the end of one arm is a spinner blade which is attached with a swivel that allows it to rotate. A hook with a lead head, covered by a skirt made of something like buck tail, is attached to the other arm. Largemouth bass and northern pike are usually attracted to this type of lure.
